This notice is a product-level privacy draft for Sefer Hub. It should be reviewed with final customer contracts before production release.
Data we process
Company profile, users, roles, vessel records, voyage records, uploaded document metadata, operational notes, audit logs, alerts and support events may be processed.
Purpose
The platform processes data to provide voyage closing control, claims register, document vault, variance analysis, executive reporting, security monitoring and support.
Commercial documents
Uploaded voyage documents are treated as confidential commercial records. Public file URLs are not part of the target architecture; signed access and audit logging are required.
AI assistance
AI features classify, extract and summarize. They do not make final legal, financial, demurrage or voyage closing decisions without human review.
Exports and deletion
Authorized admins can request structured export, retention review and deletion workflows. These actions must be logged for compliance and support traceability.
